Biography
Michael W. Zuna is senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Aflac U.S. where he is responsible for all marketing activities across the enterprise including brand stewardship, marketing and brand strategy, advertising, corporate identity, customer relationship management and field marketing.
 
Zuna joined Aflac in 2009 as vice president of Marketing, where he managed Aflac's brand strategy, national advertising, business-to-business marketing, business-to-consumer marketing, and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
 
Prior to joining Aflac, Zuna served as managing director at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, the largest agency in the firm's 140-office network and part of Publicis Groupe, the world's third-largest communications organization. Prior to his role at Saatchi & Saatchi, he held client leadership roles at Arnold Worldwide, Ogilvy & Mather, and Lord, Dentsu & Partners.

Zuna graduated cum laude from the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor's of science degree in economics and is a military veteran, having served 10 years in the Navy.
