Sonita Lontoh is the visionary Smart Grid 2.0, Clean/green technology and Energy Executive. With more than a decade of experience in energy and clean technology, Sonita is the Head of Corporate Marketing at Trilliant, a global Smart Energy company in Silicon Valley. Sonita is a green technology expert listed in Wikipedia.

Sonita joined Trilliant from Grid Net, a Smart Grid and Smart Home software platform company. Prior to Grid Net, Sonita was a leader at PG&E Corporation, a Fortune 200 energy-based holding company with more than $46 billion in assets, $14 billion in revenues, 10 million customers and 20,000 employees. At PG&E, she was responsible for the company’s various strategic and marketing activities, including its flagship Smart Grid, Renewables and Carbon programs. Earlier in her career, Sonita had a sting as a strategy management consultant at Bain & Company. She also spent several years as a marketing executive and technology entrepreneur, which includes co-founding a successful Silicon Valley-based startup that was later sold to a prominent player in the Greater China region.

Sonita holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Engineering from MIT, where she was also a cross-registered graduate student at the Harvard Business School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
