An accomplished leader, William Salcedo has been executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County since 2008. In his capacity as an advocate for children, he draws on more than 10 years of experience from the non profit industry. In addition, he is also a Trustee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Jersey.

Prior to this role, William was at The Newark Museum as the Membership Manager, where he doubled memberships in a two year period and overhauled the financial/fundraising database system for the organization. William also proudly served in the United States Navy.

William has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana State University.  He is an active volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America.  He currently resides in Point Pleasant, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
